With over a decade of experience in furniture manufacturing, sales, and operations management, she has played a key role in driving the company’s growth, helping scale revenue from approximately ₦150 million to over ₦1 billion through disciplined execution, institutional client development, and operational excellence.

Since joining Dulo in 2020, Halima has led initiatives spanning factory operations, production management, corporate sales, and client relationship development. She is known for building strong systems, aligning cross-functional teams, and fostering a performance-driven culture that balances accountability with people-centered leadership.
