When Nigeiras’s largest technology conglomerate decided to move their headquarters in Lagos, they asked us to look at their space. The project sie of about 1,200 square meters over 4 floors, and included exterior work, landscaping as well as interior design and turnkey execution.
As one of Africa’s largest indigenous technology companies, SystemSpecs sought a headquarters that would represent over twenty-five years of innovation while inspiring the next generation of growth.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Dulo developed a workplace concept centred on the idea of creating an oasis within the dense urban fabric of Lagos. The design harnesses biophilic principles—natural light, greenery and water—to create an environment that promotes wellbeing, creativity and collaboration.
Flexible spaces were carefully integrated throughout the campus, including a cafeteria designed to seamlessly transform into an event venue for town halls, product launches and community gatherings.
Beyond the physical environment, the headquarters tells the story of the SystemSpecs brand. Environmental graphics, curated moments and spatial sequencing guide visitors and staff through the company’s history, values and aspirations, turning the workplace itself into an immersive brand experience.
